Andrew Hagenbush

Andrew Hagenbush advocates for the rights of injured clients. Before joining Piasta Walker Hagenbush, LLC, Andrew represented hundreds of clients as an equity partner in a nationally recognized firm. Andrew believes client education and communication is critical to deliver an optimal result for each unique case and client.

Andrew has been a metro Atlanta resident since 1993. He received his engineering degree from Georgia Tech before graduating cum laude from Georgia State University’s College of Law. While in law school, Andrew and three of his classmates won the 2011 American Bar Association National Arbitration Competition. Andrew continues to volunteer as a law school mock trial coach to help students improve their advocacy skills.

Andrew received the “Trial Warrior” designation from his prior firm in 2016, which is an award recognizing the attorney who tried the most jury trials in a single year. At that firm, Andrew also developed a team of attorneys focused on representing clients injured due to negligent property owners and operators. Andrew is active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is an alumni of the GTLA’s 2020–21 LEAD class, a selective program designed to train future leaders of the organization.

Andrew lives in Atlanta where he spends his free time supporting local restaurants, businesses, and charities.

Andrew’s practice as an Atlanta personal injury lawyer focuses on representing individuals suffering from bodily injury, including motor-vehicle collisions, premises liability, and negligent security.
