Haley Kairab is an Atlanta personal injury attorney dedicated to helping those who have been harmed by the negligent actions of others. Haley is a committed advocate who prioritizes maintaining open communication with her clients to help educate and navigate them through legal system.

In her first year of practice, Haley secured a $1.3 million dollar verdict in a hotly disputed motor vehicle collision case – over ten times the defense’s highest offer. Since then, Haley has continued tackling tough cases, establishing her reputation as a dynamic, confident force in the courtroom. Haley is active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the 2025-2026 LEAD class, a program focused on cultivating future leaders of the organization. Haley is also a Barrister in the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court, an esteemed association of top lawyers, law professors, and judges across the state. She also volunteers her time as a coach for the University of Georgia School of Law’s advocacy program, where she trains the next generation of trial lawyers.

Haley graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Haley won national titles in both Moot Court and Mock Trial, earning recognition as one of the top up-and-coming advocates in the country. Most notably, Haley and fellow PWH attorney, Cole Harper, were named the national champions of the Top Gun Mock Trial Competition, a competition reserved for the top advocates from the top 16 advocacy schools nationwide.

As a law student, Haley represented survivors of childhood sexual assault and human trafficking at UGA’s Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) Clinic and was a legal extern for the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Sexual Exploitation and Crimes Against Children (SECAC) Unit. Additionally, Haley gained invaluable experience with issues of complex civil procedure and litigation as a legal intern for Justice Charles Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English from the University of Florida.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, trying new restaurants around Atlanta, and spending time outdoors.
